Welcome to this 6-month program within Energy activations & Non-duality consisting of three steps, including 5 days on-site at the beautiful retreat center Björnbacka outside of Stockholm. This is combined with a preparation period and a 5-month period of continued support and monthly digital meetings.
You will be well taken care for by our teachers who are experienced facilitators dedicated to supporting you on this journey. Individually and together, we have guided many people toward their true potential. Our training comes from the heart and has emerged from a desire to be of service and to act from love. To guide you on a profound personal development journey.
This training is for you who feel the call – the call to open your heart, to be of service, to live from presence and authenticity. Perhaps you’ve already gone through a deep transformation or awakening and want to support others, or perhaps you simply feel a strong resonance with this path.
If it speaks to your heart – you are ready.
Two weeks before we meet on-site, we have a digital meeting where you will get to know us, the facilitators, and meet all the other participants, be guided in a Non-duality meditation, and prepare your system by receiving an online Energy activation session.
After being accepted to the training, you can participate free of charge in our regular weekly online classes in both LFA Life Force Activation and Non-duality to deepen your understanding before the physical training. These are optional as a bonus, and you can join when you can. LFA sessions are offered on Wednesdays between 12:00-13:15, and Non-duality sessions on Sundays between 18:00-19:15.
We will also provide some dietary and lifestyle advice to prepare you for the on-site training.
The intensive part of the training takes place during the five days we meet on-site at the beautiful Björnbacka retreat center just outside Stockholm. Here, we live together, creating a retreat atmosphere and strong bonds between participants. We will follow a light vegan diet and have breakfast, lunch, and dinner served in beautiful surroundings.
During these five days, you will receive multiple Energy activations and Non-duality sessions, gain theoretical knowledge and practical experience where you practice holding both individual (1-on-1) sessions, smaller groups, and larger ceremonies, and much more. On the last day of the training, you, together with the other participants, will hold space during an open class for external participants in the large 210 sqm hall at Björnbacka retreat center.
The days and sessions are planned in a flow that prepares your system to become a channel for the energy; you become more open and receptive with each session, and with an open energy body, the life force can flow freely within you. It is a journey of shedding layers of accumulated thought patterns, emotions, and physical tensions. Alongside this energetic cleansing, we will guide you to peel away layers and walls you have built to protect your innermost self. We are not giving you anything new; all of this is within you. What we do is make it visible to you so that you can see your full potential.
As a clear channel with an open heart, you will feel safe and grounded in yourself and be able to share this energy with others in an authentic way.
The training is much more than techniques and theory; there are parts that our minds cannot understand and that we must accept as something greater, beyond our logical comprehension.
After the on-site training, there follows 5 months of integration and support with monthly online meetings where you receive continued Energy Activations and Non-duality sessions and have the opportunity to ask questions and receive support on your journey.
All participants will be given a diploma after the 5 day intensive training. To receive certification, you should, during this period after the intensive training, start holding your own sessions, individual or group sessions.
You will also be added to our comminity whatsapp group for continuing support and contact.
Certification
Certification will be given to participants who have completed the training and who have shown an understanding of the work and started to hold own sessions. Certified facilitators will be shown on our website.
Energy activations is created to expand our awareness and optimize the flow of energy in the body.
During a session a facilitator activates the Prana field and brings in the intelligence of Shakti in the body of the participant. Kundalini-Shakti can naturally also be activated or awakened during the process.
This is a new way to benefit of clearings in the body and awakening of consciousness without necessarily
going through a full kundalini awakening.
During the training you will revieve several sessions to prepare your body to become a vessel for this energy. You will also practice and build confidence as a facilitator.
Kundalini energy is described in the Vedas (the thousands of years old Indian scriptures in Sanskrit) as an energy that we all have within us.
Kundalini-Shakti is the life force that has its home at the end of the spine (the root chakra) and if awakened can put you in contact with your true potential.
The Kundalini process is a spiritual journey and looks different for each individual. By understanding this ancient teaching, we can provide support to people who are going through a spiritual process.
During the training you will get a basic theoretical understanding of the kundalini energy and the kundalini process.
Non-duality invites you to see through the illusion of separation and recognize the effortless presence that is always here.
Non-duality is not just a concept but a direct experience of reality beyond the mind’s filters.
During the training, you will receive guided Non-duality sessions that allow you to rest in your true nature beyond thoughts, emotions, and personal identity. This experience creates a deep inner shift and as you integrate this realization, you will find yourself naturally holding space for others from a place of deep stillness and authenticity.
Our teachers are experienced facilitators / teachers dedicated to supporting you on this journey. They have individually and together guided many people towards their true potential. Having worked together for several years, the three have found a shared energy, characterized by a grounded, secure, and heart-centered presence.

Pernilla has been trained in energy work by KAP Academy levels 1 and 2, as well as Kundalini Bodywork advanced levels 1 and 2. She has led hundreds of group classes, private sessions, retreats, and online classes within LFA (formerly KAP). Pernilla has found her unique way of combining energy work with coaching, meditation and movement, and feels a heartfelt calling to share this transformative tool with those who feel called.

Malee has been trained in energy work at levels 1 and 2 by KAP Academy and in coaching by True Vibration Academy. She also works closely with a Shaman, holding ceremonies and retreats internationally. With this unique combination of intuitive methods and deep presence, she creates a safe space to help others release limitations and connect with their inner power.

Navid has spent over a decade guiding people towards their true nature. The price covers the entire 6-month facilitator training, including six digital classes, access to two weekly online sessions (free of charge) from the moment you’re accepted, a 5-day intensive training, and ongoing support throughout the journey.
The price includes a 5-day intensive training at the beautiful retreat center Björnbacka, with accommodation and meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) included.
The investment can be split into several installments. Payment via invoice to a company is possible.

Björnbacka Retreat Center is an oasis about 40 minutes south of Stockholm, with a focus on inner well-being.
The center features a variety of specially designed spaces, both indoors and outdoors. The impressive new building offers a breathtaking view over the surrounding fields, and upstairs you’ll find a spacious 210 sqm room where our sessions will take place.
The in-person part at Björnbacka takes place April 9–13.
The first online meeting will be held on Sunday, March 30.
